Selmer Paris Tuning problem

Since a few months I have a nice Selmer Paris bass clarinet.

It's a series 9 and the sound and the tuning is very nice. I haven't heared a bass clarinet yet that tuned over the range from low G to above. However below low G it is dramatic. It is over 40% too low.

There are a few tones that need to be adjusted by increase the keyheights. But this low E and low Eb are so low. The key openings are maximised. It is a common problem?
